We’re launching this week and new Social Media tool to help businesses run promotions on Twitter. HashAwards allows any company to create and manage their own awards. Ever thought about creating your own ShortyAwards, Mashable Awards, the Oscars?

HashAwards uses Twitter to get nominations for your Awards. The top X nominees go to the second phase of the promotion where users can vote.

We have brought back the Twtvite Widgets! To embed your event info onto your website: Log in -> Go to your event page -> Click on the Tools drop-down menu at the top -> Choose Widgets & API

Then choose what you’d like to show in your Widget -> Get the code -> Paste it where you’d like it to display on your website!

Did you know that you can now embed OneKontest onto your Website? Simply create the code from our Widget tab: Contest Page > Tools > Widgets & API

Then choose what you want to include in your widget. Et voila!

We have made a couple of small changes to the layout of your events @ Twtvite.

First: We have the most important information about your event front and center: When + Where. We have also added the ability for you to add your logo to the header of your groups or events.

Second: We created an Event #hashtag page where you can follow who’s talking about your event in real-time. To get to it, simply click on the #hashtag in your event page or go to: Tools > Live Feed (if you’re logged in across the top of your event page)

We just added a new type of online coupons to our platform. Besides Percentage Coupons, where you offer a % off the next purchase and Money Coupons, where you offer a $ amount off, we now let you offer a Free Product Coupons with the purchase of another product.

TwtQpon is fully integrated with Twitter and guarantees that your coupons will be shared on Twitter by making it a requirement to tweet in order to claim the coupons. Coupons can be used online or in-store, it depends on how you set it up.

Twitter bot accounts can be very annoying: auto-replies, auto-RTs, etc. But we have been using Twitter to send useful information to people using Twtvite. Meet our bot-team:
